Are your documents expired? We can still manually verify your identity. The following instructions apply to basically all countries.

HOW TO VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY:

You must verify your name, residential address, and date of birth. Please provide three independently verifiable documents. Before sending, please ensure that:

  1. The documents have not expired.*
  2. The documents are original or certified copies.

*You may use an expired passport if it has been invalid for less than 3 months.

Some documents expire due to government approved reasons. Likewise, Indonesian document rules differ from other countries. If applicable, send 3 certified copies / originals of the following:

  • National Identity card; and
  • Passport or Driver’s Licence; and
  • A bank statement with your full name and current residential address.

Are you an Indonesian Temporary Resident with National ID card? If so, you must provide certified copies of:

  • Temporary Residency Card (KITAS); and
  • Passport; and
  • Bank statement showing your full name and current residential address.

HOW TO CERTIFY COPIES OF YOUR IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS:

A Bank Officer must certify copies of your ID documents. The banks seal or stamp will appear on your document once certified. The specified bank must have authorized the bank officer to perform this task.

The certifier must examine the original documents. They will verify that you are the person in the document photo. They must then verify that the info in the documents are true / accurate.

They will imprint the Bank Branch Stamp on the document copies. The Stamp must NOT obscure the name, date of birth, or address of the card holder.

The Bank employee must print the following on the document copy. They must the sign and stamp:

"I certify that this is a true copy of [Document Name and Number] and that I have sighted the original document. The person presenting the document for certification is the person named in the document."

Signature

Full Name

Date of certification

Bank

Branch

Office Telephone Number

THE PERSON CERTIFYING THE DOCUMENT IS STATING THEIR OPINION THAT THE DOCUMENT IS A TRUE COPY. THEY ARE NOT STATING THAT THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT IS AUTHENTIC. CERTIFYING A COPY DOES NOT IN ANY WAY ‘AUTHENTICATE’ THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT.
