Exchanges deposit problem

Orderbook uses smart contract architecture for enhanced security. This helps us to implement features that are not possible with simple Ethereum addresses. However, some exchanges have outdated transaction handling. They have not included support of internal smart contract transactions. This leads to deposit issues. Deposits from your User Contract will not appear in the exchange's interface. You may see your token balance via a blockchain explorer, however.

Once your withdrawal has completed, the smart contract performs several internal function calls. This is what causes problems for some exchanges. This leads to their interface ignoring the token transfer.

We recommend transferring your tokens to an Ethereum address first. For instance, you can use your wallet. Then, deposit to the exchanges address.
